At Fundos de Oro, we strive to ensure that every investor and participant enjoys a reliable, transparent, and results-oriented experience. Therefore, we have established this Participation and Reservation Policy, applicable to all the services we offer: personalized consulting, virtual tours, in-person guided visits, and agro-export events. Participation exclusively for genuinely interested parties All our services are aimed solely at individuals who express a genuine interest in investing in the Fundos de Oro project and who have the necessary resources to make a minimum investment. This ensures that each meeting is productive and focused on real business opportunities. Reservations and Confirmations To access services such as guided visits or the virtual tour, a reservation must be made in advance through our official website. Participation in the guided tour of Codo de Pozuzo is subject to reserving a lot with a minimum investment of S/. 5,000. Seats are limited and are assigned in strict order of registration and confirmation. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of force majeure, Fundos de Oro reserves the right to reschedule the date of the service or activity, promptly informing participants. Special Conditions for In-Person Events For access to events such as the Agro-Export Meeting, pre-registration is required. The payment of the nominal fee (when applicable) covers only the costs of organization, informational materials, tastings, and included experiences. Events have limited capacity, and access is not guaranteed without confirmed registration. Participants agree not to disclose or reproduce such information without express authorization.
